Up until yesterday I was trading on the ER2 just fine.
I recently had to update my Tradestation and Interactive Brokers client ER2 symbols and exchanges because they changed.
My new Tradestation ER2 is TFZ08 (on Nybot).
My new IB symbol for ER2 is RUT (on Nybot)
Ninjatrader's instrument control panel is still insisting on the old ER2 symbol on the CME. I am unable to get any information on my superDOM, nothing appears, despite the connection to IB.
My IB and TS are perfectly functioning and receiving data, using the newer Symbols and the Nybot exchange. I can not, for the life of me, get the same to work on ninjatrader.
I have tried creating a "new" symbol, input RUT, Nybot, and the other variables, and I get nothing, I try the TFZ08 as symbo, I get nothing, I try using your default ER2 and I get nothing.
How do I update my Ninjatrader client so that I can once again see the Russel2000 futures on my SuperDOM? Is Ninjatrader using it's own unique symbol?
I am familiar with the instrument panel and have been doing future rollovers for a couple years now, but I am no expert. Thanks for the help in advance, a phone number would have been even better!
