    NinjaTrader has stopped working (Windows 10)

    I can't use NinjaTrader 7 on Windows 10, I can't connected to the demo account and when I push "Skip" show me the window that NinjaTrader has stopped working

    Where is NinjaTrader installed? Is it installed in a network drive? Is it installed in OneDrive?

    To check, navigate to Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > trace > Open up the .txt file which has today's date. Once the file is open, look for a line which states "Session Start". Just after this line, you will see two locations on your PC listed. Here is an example:

    What is the exact path listed on your end for "UserDataDir" and "InstallDir"?

    Also, at the very end of this file, you should see a detailed printout of the message you're referring to. Could you copy and paste that error message in its entirety in your reply?
