Trading Times

[STURMMIE]

I am on Eastern Standard Time.It is 5:00PM on a Sunday (March 25th).It is 9:00AM in New Zealand yet when I open up a NZDUSD chart (or any other chart for that matter) the the most recent data available on my chart is from the previous Friday.I have a demo account.
What am I missing?

Thanks for writing in.

Can you please attempt to right click on your chart and select Reload all historical data and let me know if the issue persists?

If the issue does persist, I'd like you to send us your log and trace files.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

Please include a link to this forum post in the body of the email.

sturmmie. There's nothing wrong with your trading times. My NZDUSD chart started moving at exactly 5pm Chicago time, Sunday 25 Mar. Check your time conversion as it appears it's off.
By my calculation 9am New Zealand time was only 3pm in Chicago so 2 hours before trading hours began and thus your charts could not have shown any movement.
