Hello,
Thanks for posting to the forums
We are aware of this issue affecting real time data not displaying in the platform. We are receiving reports that restarting your computer, modem, and router resolves this issue, and recommend doing so now as a first troubleshooter. If this does not resolve the issue, please send us your log and trace files so we can look further into what is occurring:
1. Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
2. Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
3. Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com with the message ATTN: Marco
4. Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
