NinjaTrader 7 not responding, break and slow.

Hello, excuse my English. I use scalping robots due to the high number of operations the data is "saturated" and the program is break (not responde) every time you open or close an operation, it can be 1 to 7 seconds even sometimes Windows notifies you that it does not respond, this is solved by simply resetting the database does not happen again, the problem reappears after work a certain number of operations, so I can not stop running my robots because as the operations increase, the database is increased. I have to suspend the robots and reset the database to continue. How can I do so that the robots do not "record" the information in the database ?.

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
