Im trying to connect to my IB account to my lifetime license ninja trader.. when it ask to select provider from drop down menu, I DONT SEE IT..

Glad to assist. This indicates the live key is set up for a different broker right now - You may email our sales team to convert or add providers, PlatfformSales[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com.
In the meantime, you may also also enter our simulation key to show all providers in testing (Help > License key).
