upgrade to Version 7.0.1000.38

Hi!

I just upgrade, but now:

- I not have the "Ninjatrader" (32b) and "Ninjatrader 7"

- only see "Ninjatrader"

- I see the "task manager" and say this upgrade is 32 bits

Why?

Can we have the 64 bits?

Thanks for the post.
First, copy your license key to a document.

Check to see if you have the NinjaTrader 7 64 bit executable under the following directory:

C:\Program Files (x86)\NinjaTrader 7\bin64

If this directory is empty, go to your Control Panel and uninstall NinjaTrader 7. Then delete the NinjaTrader 7 folder in C:\Program Files (x86) if it exists, then reinstall from this link:

If you still do not see a 64 bit launcher after this, run this fix tool from Microsoft then go to your Control Panel and repair your NinjaTrader 7 install.

But, in many updates this the first time that this situation happened.

Thanks for the reply.

The reason for this happening is caused by Windows. If you ran the fixer tool to fix this it was some bad registry value. If you used the former method and it happens again on the next update, run the fitit tool.
