Unable to DELETE and REinstall

First issue was I got

'barsago'
I couldn't get past this no matter what.
I then tried to DELETE NT8 itself.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled 20to30+ times overall so I figured it'd be a quick rename, delete, remove program.

No it still will not work correctly.
After doing various the unhandled exception, 'bars ago' error still will not go away, nor am I unable to delete NT8 completely enough that when I reinstall this is still there.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

* Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
* Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
* Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
* Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
