NT7 Strategy Analyzer not working :/

I have downloaded NinjaTrader 7 to test a few strategies from your forum. I also have NinjaTrader 8 downloaded on my desktop. Will NinjaTrader 7 work properly if I have NT8 on my desktop. NT8 is not open and running.

Currently, I am not getting any results from strategies in Strategy Analyzer in NT7.

Any help here to get NT7 up and running is appreciated.

Thanks for writing in.

Having NT8 installed will not interfere with the functionality of NT7.

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
