Error placing an order in NT7

Hi, I get an error message when I try to put a limited order: Order is not within the exchange risk parameters set for this firm, affected Order: Buy 1 Limit @ 12095
What's wrong?

So that I may investigate I would ask that you contact me by email at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace files. You will find these diagnostic files in the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Trace folder. I will need to review a copy of the files which are named 'trace.20190527.XXXXX.txt'. There will likely be multiple files for each day.

Thanks for answering DrewO. It seems to be already solved, I tried to put a limited order and now it works properly, anyway I'll send the files to you so you can see what I was talking about.

There was a known backend server outage last night as a backend data provider was updating some order routing systems. This only affected Eurex trades, so if the instruments you were using trade on Eurex, this is likely what you ran into. This has since been resolved and trades are now routing as expected on Eurex.
