erroneous(?) New Version Available message

Getting a "New Version Available and contract rollover information" message at startup even though I am currently running version 6.5.1000.6. Any idea what may be causing this? Thanks.

The message will keep coming up until you check the box that tells it to stop.

The next time it comes up just check the box and it will not come up anymore.
