No SI (silver) or HG (copper) data

Is there a reason I'm not seeing SI or HG data? I'm able to see all other contracts I'm watching. I'm using NT7 version 7.0.1000.35.

Can you please tell me to what data feed/broker you connect in NinjaTrader.

What expiry month do you have selected for the SI and HG futures?

Do you not receive realtime data or historical data (or both)?

I'm using Continuum. I've chosen SI 05-18 and HG 05-18. I have both realtime data and historical data.

Just to clarify, are you now seeing both real time data and historical data?

Also, I see you are running an older version of NinjaTrader 7. I would recommend upgrading at your earliest convenience:

First, copy your license key from NinjaTrader under Help> License Key then exit NinjaTrader
Click on the link: http://ninjatrader.com/PlatformDirect
Enter your license key and press Submit
Select 'NinjaTrader 7'
Select 'Download'
Critical: Before running the installer, ensure NinjaTrader is closed.
