Platform Freezes When Opening

My Ninjatrader 7 platform started freezing today when opening. I am not sure why, I have done nothing unusual. I have tried a reinstall only to have it freeze again when opening... little help please. Thanks

Can you please clarify if the Control Center is loading or if the Workspace freezing when the NInjaTrader Windows are loading?

the control center loads but as soon as I click anything in the control center it freezes automatic...also I never see the charts

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com.

- Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
- Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
- Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
- Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
