Strange behavior, Draw Objects Don't show

Scenario:

I have an indicator that draws rectangles which draw from session begin date to session end date. I added a currentohl to the chart. Everything looks fine until I window the chart right to look back in time and then show the beginning of the session 2 sessions ago.
At this point my currentohl disappears from the chart and some (not all) of the rectangles disappear also. Ninja won't let me save the chart image when this happens so I can't add images to this post to show the before and after. I select image and save but no save prompt shows so Ninja is clearly not happy. The drawing objects are not included in the y-index (auto scale is off).

I added a volume panel and it goes blank as well when I window right. But comes back if I window back left.

If I perform an F5 to refresh at this point the chart it doesn't show any of my drawn rectangles like the indicator wasn't on the chart. i have to shut Ninja down and restart to get my draw objects to show again. There is no error shown in the log tab at any point.

Any clue as to what might be causing this behavior? Happy to send an email with before and after images.
