IB auto-connect after TWS restart

I guess this topic has been brought up many times before, but..

Currently when TWS is terminated and then restarted, you have to manually reconnect to TWS through File->Connect->IB ..

I have a 3rd party application to automatically restart and log into TWS after TWS is terminated. Can NT find a way to automatically reconnect to TWS without a human doing mouse clicking? Sort of a default auto-connection feature which will automatically try to connect to TWS with a timeout of, say, 10 min. That way we can get all the overnight data.

What about just using an application that keeps TWS running? Such as turn it on on sunday and it will just keep TWS running until friday night.. so you only have to manually start it once a week and forget about it?
