forex on ninjatrader7

can any one help on how to get forex chart and intraday data on Ninjatrader .....i can't open forex data on my platform
even if i open ...file ...new chart....then select.. forex and open any forex item such as EURUSD.....i will get an empty chart

am using NinjaTrader Continuum for connection
