Canīt download NinjaTrader 7

Hello,
I have tried to download Ninjatrader 7 in my new server, but when I click on "setup.exe" a window appears which says "failed to download Ninjatrader". I have read in another thread that there is an alternate link to download Ninjatrader 7 and avoid that problem. Could someone share with me that link?

Thank you for your post.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com Attn: Dennis Platform Support Request 2117949
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

I donīt have a folder called Ninjatrader in My Documents because I donīt have installed it.
