NT7 freezes and close

My NT7 has been acting out repeatedly and unexpectedly. It hangs and closes itself leaving open all transactions. I have to open a reconnect to the Market.

This is not something we'll likely be able to troubleshoot on the forums as we'll need more information from your NinjaTrader log and trace files which will be unique to your PC and should not be shared publicly.

Please write into PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com. In the subject of the email, write "Ticket #2109958". In the body of the email, include a link to this forum post, and also attach your log and trace files:

• Open Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to Documents > 'NinjaTrader 7' folder
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
