I am a new customer with Ninja Trader Brokerage and have funded a live acct. with my lifetime licence key and have received my login credentials. My problem is when I go to Acct. connections to set up for live trading, Ninja Trader Continuum is not an option to choose, therefore I cannot connect. Please help me resolve this issue.

Thank you for your post. This indicates the current key is not setup for use with NinjaTrader Brokerage yet. Due to the private nature of the keys, we are unable to look into this matter on the forum. Our Sales team would be able to look into updating the key, please write in with your key to PlatformSales[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com with a note regarding adding NinjaTrader Continuum.
