Historical Chart Data Error Message

At the start of every month, I back up my historical chart data.

I got this error message twice now this weekend, as I tried to back up my data.

I've done the email support with log and trace files thing, but thought I'd ask here too, as sometimes response from support or community is faster on forums.

Any thoughts or advice?

Is your disk full?
Perhaps the resulting backup file is too large?

No, I checked, but I also thought that initially. I'm now going to do manual data backups with 7z.
