Can you please send me the link to NinjaTrader 7 Upgrade Guide. I'm currenlty upgrading my NinjaTrader version 7 and received a popup message that I need to follow the instructions in Step 2 so that I can resume my installation. Thank you!

To upgrade NinjaTrader, please follow the steps below.

• First, copy your license key from NinjaTrader under Help> License Key then exit NinjaTrader
• Click on the link: http://ninjatrader.com/PlatformDirect
• Enter your license key and press Submit
• Select 'NinjaTrader 7' if you are on NinjaTrader 7
• Select 'Download'
• Critical: Before running the installer, ensure NinjaTrader is closed.

NJ7 Upgrade Guide Need Step2 Instructions

Thank you Shawn for the prompt reply. I have followed the instructions listed in your message and am getting the following message during the install process. My licensed version of Ninja Trader 7 is not running.

how do i upgrade from version 7 to 8?
how different are the two versions? will there be a steep learning curve in the transition?

Please note: Items like Workspaces, Chart templates, NT7 based indicators/Strategies, and other UI based items will not migrate to NinjaTrader 8.
