NT 7.0.1000.40 Data Gap 2/26 from 19:40 to 22:45

I am running NT 7.0.1000.40 using CGG data feed. I have not had any problems with missing data for ~ 3 years.
I am missing the 2/26 data from 19:40 to 22:45 (see chart snapshot below).

I completed the steps that EricB recommended in the 2016 posting

After completing these steps, the ~ 3 hours of data from yesterday evening is still missing.

Please advise.

Thanks for your post.

The CME had a technical issue yesterday and trading was temporarily halted between 19:40-22:45 EST. This missing data is expected since there would not be any data when the exchange halts trading.
