How can I use Chart-trader and automatic trades at the same time

I have scratched strategies - too limited
So this has to be within an indicator.
Still need to allow interactive trading AND let the machine enter and exit some positions. What is the best way to do this ?

I have tried many approaches, just need one that works

Hello,

You can manually place trades on the chart or in the DOM and close out your strategy trades manually. You just can't have the ChartTrader and Strategies enable a the same time on the same chart. This is not supported.

Specifically, I am looking for advice about approaches like having the code submit OIF files to do automated entry/exit. Or is there a better way to do this within indicator code.
