System trying to load a deleted strategy

Hello- In my log file, I'm getting continual messages that a certain strategy is trying to load but can't be found. I deleted the strategy some time ago and never had a problem until now. Any advice on this? Thanks.

Thank you for your post.

It's likely that the strategy in question was applied to a chart when it was deleted, and is still being referenced in one of your workspaces.

Please write into to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com along with your log, trace, and workspace files and a link to this forum post.

Include ticket number 2083957 in the body of the email, along with the name of the strategy in question.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log, trace and workspace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log', 'trace', and 'workspaces' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 3 compressed folders as attachments to your email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
