Performance question for a drawing objetc is better to change it or remove it)

Scenario:

I have a drawing object (a rectangle in this case) that is constantly redrawn when the instrument price changes. Currently I delete the rectangle then redraw it so no baggage collects on the constantly redrawn object. This rectangle is redrawn a lot.

Question:

Am I causing more overhead by removing it and then redrawing a new object instead of just changing the attributes of the existing drawing object or is it negligible?

Thanks for your post.

It would not make a difference to the performance of the platform if you deleted an object before drawing another rectangle or if you simply changed the existing rectangle.
