Hi

Does anyone know if the current problem trading TF through Velocity Futures with Ninja is being addressed? If so, is there an estimated time for delivery of a solution?

I'm in the same boat . . last week I received a reply NT was working on it but no ETA. Looks like the same situation this week as well . .

Noticed you live in Melbourne . . just put my daughter on the plane for Australia this afternoon. Will be starting in Sydney and doing a walk-about for 4-5 months. Looks like a great place to visit . .

At this time, NinjaTrader does not support trading any markets including TF on the ICE exchange through Trading Technologies. If and when it makes sense for us to support ICE we will send out an announcement.

Great! I just purchased a subscription to Ninjatrader that is now worthless as far as I'm concerned. What do I do now? Do you offer prorated refunds?

Velocity / ICE

Well Jason, that attitude alone just lost you guys a subscription.

"If and when it makes sense" - certainly shows little to no regard for clients.

A shame really, as previously I had been a long time subscriber to what was a great product and service.

"If and when" means after all the technology backbone required to have TF supported is worked out with TT. It by no means has the intended connotation of disregarding customers.
