NT7 Sound Folder issues

I've tried granting permissions so I can add my own .wav file to the sound folder but I keep being denied access. I try to give permissions to that folder but keep getting error msgs.... this is for win10. Any suggestions?

Thanks for responding. The issue was coming up when I was trying to save the sound file directly from the recorder into the NT folder C:\Program Files (x86)\NinjaTrader 7\sounds but after many failed attempts, and setting permissions up, I saved the sound file to desktop and then copied and pasted it successfully. Apparently I changed the permissions adequately to allow this, but perhaps the permissions settings still would not allow an app, rather than me, to add a file in that folder. That would make sense.
