Nt 7 will not start .

NT 7 on WIN 8 machine will not start today for me, It shows under active processes in Task Mgr, but not in programs. I have uninstalled and removed the NT program files folder, , , but it still repeats the same problem. I have NT 8 running no problem .

Looking at the Log and Trace file you have sent, I do not see anything that indicates an error.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files and email platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with your response so I may investigate this matter further. Please reference the email with ATTN SERGEY.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
