flatten everthing

i was tradingin simulated mode and finally bought ninja for live trading
I place orders thro' OIF

I was able to enter properly.
i wanted to exit manually, so I said "flattend everything"

It did not do this and i still have my positions.

How do i get out if i have an emergency

i was finally able to get out using booktrader in IB. I am sure I need to just enable some settings to make this happen. Justnot sure what..

Please contact your broker right away and have them flatten the order or manage it directly. Also, please shut down NinjaTrader and restart it. If the order is still there your broker is sending this information and you will need to wait until they reset their servers.


Please go to: Tools> Options> Simulator tab> click Reset to reset your simulator.

Please send us your log and trace files from Help>Mail to support and reference this conversation, and we will look into why this happened and advise you from there.
