is there a simple market delta indicator (zip file) available for NT7? I am not interested in all the bells and whistles offered in the order flow package for NT8.

Unfortunately, these tools were only developed for NinjaTrader 8.
There is also a growing library of user submitted custom indicators (100+) that can be downloaded from the publicly available NinjaTrader Ecosystem User App Share page: https://ninjatraderecosystem.com/user-app-share/
