Is Nt7 yet again un-useable during this weekemd?

Is Nt7 yet again un-useable during this weekend? is under a maintenance now? I open NT7 up ......workspaces appear.. Connected Connection....everything seems fine... and then 10 seconds later the entire platform just disapperars and shuts down and closes.. even the .exe..process closes.

Just trying to do some weekend analysis & I cannot. This started last night. Why?

Could you please send the log and trace from your platform to look further into this inquiry?

To send me your log and trace files from within NinjaTrader. Go to Control Center-->Help-> Mail to Platform Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Att Shawn', in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.

Also, give a reference of this thread in the body of the email.

OK . I sent the email.. .. Unfortunately control center closes and shuts down after a few seconds after it opens. As I stated earlier. So I went in to the NT7 folder and attached the log & trace files from there.

I just reset the database and reset the instruments in Control Center>Tools>Options>Data tab and I updated the platform to the latest version.
