this error appears to me again and again and I do not know what to do anymore, disable the firewall, I have high speed internet, the computer meets the minimum requirements, I do not know what to try

This issue is normally caused by a local firewall or Windows issue. We can provide you with a direct install link which will work around this issue on your PC, however, we cannot provide that link publicly.
