No realtime data with DEMO version

Hello,

I have downloaded NinjaTrader 7 and received log in information for DEMO version. However I can see the chart with historic data up till the moment of log in but no real-time data.
Could you please advise what could the problem be?
I have opened the chart of FDAX (03-19).

Thanks for your post.

There are two connections, one to the historical data server and the other to the live data server. Historical data is provided from the NinjaTrader historical data server. The live data is provided by CQG. With a demo connection, the live data is limited to just a few instruments. In this case, FDAX is not provided as part of the live demo data and you are seeing the chart populated with historical data from the Ninjatrader server.

Please use another instrument for your live data demo testing. Example of instruments available are ES, CL, NQ, YM, GC. The live data provider controls what instruments data are available.
