Can't connect CQG with 64bit version

Hello,

after I updated to the latest NT version I needed to install SQL because I had the known 65bit error. This works fine but for now NT is not able to connect anymore.

I click the connect button and nothing happens.

With the 32 bit version it works.

How can i solve this problem?

Thank you for your post.

Glad to assist. The first thing I would recommend doing is shutting down NinjaTrader and restarting your modem/router.

If you have an antivirus/firewall installed, please verify the 64-bit application version is added as an exception and readd it needed (Local Disk (C > Program Files (X86) > NinjaTrader 7 > bin64> Select the file called "NinjaTrader").

Please write into to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com along with your log and trace files and a link to this forum post.


Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

* Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
* Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
* Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
* Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
