Loading Historical Data of $NZDUSD instrument

Hello,

I have a strange problem with loading the historical data from $NZDUSD instrument.
All the others CFD FXCM instruments loading data without any problem and I have tried more than 30.
I delete the folders db/cache to reload all the historical data again but the $NZDUSD didn't load anything except the current price.
The folder of the specific instrument is completely empty without any file.
My NT7 version is 7.0.1000.38

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2049239" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
