    RTY 3-19 tick data

    I have hardly any tick data for this new contract rollover. What is the issue I have cleaned out files repaired database, but nothing is working. Everybody else so far I have talked to is having the same issue, but have not gotten a fix yet. Thanks would like to have resolved soon.

    Hello,

    A reset of your instrument database should resolve this.

    To reset your instruments please follow the steps below.
    • Disconnect from your data feed: NinjaTrader Control Center> File> Disconnect> Select your data feed.
    • Reset your Instruments: NinjaTrader Control Center> Tools> Options> Data tab> Reset Instruments>OK.
    • Restart NinjaTrader> Connect (NinjaTrader Control Center> File> Connect> Select your connection.
    If the issue persists please go to the Control Center->Tools->Options->Data tab->Confirm the Merge policy is set to "MergeBackAdjusted" then click ok.

    Next go to Tools->Instrument Manager->Select RTY->Edit->Confirm the Merge policy is set to Use global settings->Click Ok.

    Next right click in your chart and select "Reload All Historical Data".
