Failed to download Ninjatrader 7.

Hello-I've been using Ninjatrader 7 on my laptop for over a year. Recently I bought a desktop and tried to download Ninjatrader 7 on that computer but am getting a "Failed to download" message. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Can you please try downloading NinjaTrader using a different browser such as Firefox, Chrome, etc. and let me know if the issue persists.

Yes I've been using Chrome.

Can you try using another browser such as Windows Edge or Firefox and let me know if you can download NinjaTrader successfully.

Just tried Firefox. Same issue.

apparently the file downloads into my downlods folder (called setup1) but when I try to run it i get a "Failed to download Ninjatrader" message.

I just tried windows Edge as well. Same issue with Chrome, Firefox and windows edge.

I think it has nothing to do with whatever browser are you using. Must be some firewall issue at Ninjatrader, they;re blocking downloading from some IPs. For example I can not download it either on my remote desktop (windows azure computer) but i can download it at my home computer without any issue. And yes, I'm talking about the same issue when launching setup.exe.
Run setup.exe on the computer where it works. Then grab .tmp (around 60+mb) from your Temp directory once download progress bar is finished, rename it to .msi and run it on the computer where setup.exe is not working.
