NT7 - Unable Load Historical Data

Two main issues:
(1) Right click > Unable to "Reload All Historical Data"
(2) Chart only load from where NT7 is turn-On


Have tried:
- reinstalling, rebuild workspaces,
- delete cache/ minute/ data/ tick/ workspaces etc
- NT7 still unable to work properly

Contacted support:
- they found access to historical data from FXCM in NT7 is currently unavailable
- they said NT8 was not affected, very weird
- they suggested to switch to FXCM native server, so I did

The results:
- data load is super slow
- chart does not work properly
- by grouping ticks into minutes

Disappointed that NT7 been keep running into issues lately.
It was robust and extremely reliable trading tool that I know.

We understand that this is an unfortunate and frustrating issue currently, however, we are investigating the cause and working to restore service.

As reported, even switch to FXCM native server is flawed.
Issue remains as I just checked.

Any idea how soon this issue can be rectified?
How will NT Support be communicating next?

We've restored most of the data for the last year on our servers. You can switch back to NinjaTrader's servers now. A full restoration will be completed during this weekend's maintenance.
