NT7 - NG 01-19 real time data not updating in chart

Since rollover(last week when I had to do a database reset to get the new contracts) NG 01-19 has not been updating. Did refresh history, checked end date etc. It picks up some historical data, but no real-time ticks coming in. Data feed is Continuum.

Any thoughts on how to resolve this?

I suspect that you're using an older version of NinjaTrader 7, or you're using the current version but have not recently reset your instruments.

What version of NinjaTrader 7 are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)

Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

NT 7 was upgraded to the latest. NT7 64 bit 7.0.1000.39, Instruments reset. NT7 shut down and restarted.
There is no errors on the screen.
Just checked the log based on your recommendation and saw "NG 01-19 not enabled for real-time Level 1 quotes". That explains it.
How can this be resolved? Thanks.

Please clarify - you did an instrument reset already? If so, the only way this message can appear is if you're not enabled for real-time data through your data provider. You'll need to speak with your data provider about receiving real-time NG data.
