    installation issue

    Hello,

    after installing NT7 several times I have now on a new pc the message when starting first time that there is problem with a workspace and file corruption ...

    when restarting the computer there does not appear the message again but there is the message that NT7 does not work and need to shut down.

    Add info: this time I do not have 2 icons on desktop to start with NT7-64. There is only one icon (without 64)

    What to do please?

    Thank you for your note.

    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.
    • Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
    • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
