chart visualization

I have some problem with charting.NT7 There are just few instriments that its possible work with.Some instruments just imposible to open/to visualize at chart price and doesnt matter time frame.Some of them are visualized on chart, but imposible to sell/buy or get bid/ask price.(error of there is no market data). And really few of all list of instruments are ok, and work.
Can yoou help me with this problem?

Glad to assist. Data enabled and availability can vary between providers. So we may look into this on our end, can you please let me know the following?

Who are you connected to? This is displayed in green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

Who is your broker, or is a demo in use at this time?

What instrument (and expiry if applicable) have you selected? For example, ES 12-18, AAPL, EURUSD, etc.

(For a chart) what interval is selected? For example, 5 minute, 1 day, 2000 volume, 4 Renko, etc.

It´s just demo version, so Ninja Trader Continuum (Demo).

I have tried with different instruments, interval doens´t matter, if it works , it wors at any timeframe.

For instance, ES12-18,YM 12-18,NQ 12-18 , CL 12-18 work perfectly.

DX 12-18,FESX 12-18,FDAX 12-18 have price chart at any timefarme, but if i try trade, orders are not executed.Error of "" REJECTED: there is no market data available"

ALL others instruments dont have price charts, just empty windows.

The futures demos provide real-time data for many of the most popular US (CME) futures instruments, but do not provide data for all futures. The instruments you've listed are either on EUREX or ICE which is not provided in real-time by the demo. You would need a paid data subscription or a live brokerage account to receive real-time data for those instruments.
