charts not popluating data correctly

when I opened NT7 last night something happened to my charts. There is now a strange print of $1.71 running from 12am 12/8- 5pm 12/8 on my WTI CL futures contract 1 min chart. From 6pm 12/10 forward the price is corrected but this strange print has messed up my chart. This anomaly doesn't show up on my daily chart. but I am getting the same strange print on my current 01/18 CL volume chart too.
I have a couple of older charts open such as 10/18 cl, 11/18 cl, and 12/18 cl that are showing this strange print and messing up the charts.

How do I correct this strange print and restore my charts? IQFeed says there is nothing wrong with data on their end. Thanks

If you right click on the chart > reload historical data, does the issue resolve itself?

If not, could you please send an email to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com with Attn: Alan P in the Subject line. Also within the email please include a link to this thread, and attach the log and trace files for the day in subject which you can find in My Documents>NinjaTrader7>Log and My Documents>NinjaTrader7/Trace folders.
