Starting up NT7 and chart trader

The other day I opened a chart trader in some charts to see if I could work with that instead of the DOM. I closed them again. But what happens since then is that when I start up NT7, it appears to try and open the chart trader in all charts, then finds it isn't in use and before finalizing the start up, the chart traders all disappear again. I find this somewhat irritating

Is there a way to fix this?

Please write in to PlatformSupport(AT)NinjaTrader(DOT)com and reference this forum post with RE:JOSH in the subject line. Please attach your Log and Trace files to your email so that I may investigate this matter further. You may follow the steps below to attach those files.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
