Not Connecting to External Data

I've been using external data from Tradestation for a very long time. Because of various issues, I decided to update my OS to Win 10, upgrade my TS platform to TS 10, and installed a new version of NT7. However, using all the same setups as before, I can no longer connect to the external data feed. Symbol mapping is the same. I have the NtDirect dll and all the same NT functions as before.

So I have just finished two new installs of Windows 10, Tradestation 10, and Ninjatrader 7. On one, the external data feed works the way it always has. On the other, I cannot get data to the NT platform even though the NtDirect connected function shows that I am connected. What can this be?

Edit: I just realized I was mapping the @ES rather than ES; it needs to be just ES. Sorry for the bother.

I've tested and I am finding that the data is streaming from TradeStation to NinjaTrader 7.0.1000.39 using the NTExternalFeed strategy on a chart in TradeStation with NinjaTrader connected to the External Data Feed.

May we have a screenshot of the Format Strategies window in TradeStation to confirm the NTExternalFeed strategy is enabled on the chart?
What is the symbol used on the chart?
Is the symbol mapping for the External feed set for the instrument you are trying to stream data for?
May we have a screenshot of the Control Center and chart of NinjaTrader so we may confirm you are connected to the External connection and the chart is using the correct symbol?
