Unable to Connect NT7

    Unable to Connect NT7

    NT7 application launched without any problem.

    Click on File > Connect > "Connecting..." NT7 gone wild and closed automatically

    Have tried restarting machine, update NT version, re-adding Account info. All not working

    My last login was 01-Nov'18.

    Hi, me the same, after FXCM data connecting, NT7 and NT8 crash, versions of NT7 and NT8 are latest

      Here the same. NT7 and NT8 when I tried to connect FXCM forex data. CQG for futures is running OK.

        Same here on NT7. But now NT7 won't open. On the startup screen, it gets to "Loading available connections..." and then NT7 dies.

          Same here / I onl get the popup during startup and then after few seconds, the Ninjatrader process disapears from Task manager in Win 10.

          No luck with NT7 32bit nor 64bit. NT8 launches fine.

            Everything is back to normal for me now, no issues. Weird.

              Hello,

              Typically there is maintenance on the weekend with most brokerage servers on Friday night and / or Saturday.

              Most brokerages will have the maintenance completed Sunday before market open. You will need to restart NinjaTrader if NinjaTrader is open during this time.

              If you are unable to connect after this time and you have restarted, please send an email to platformsupport [at] ninjatrader [dot] com so that we may schedule a call during our normal support hours of 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday.

                Still the same situation in NT7. While attempt to connect, message "Failed to Connect: Failed to initialize API"

                I tried the same account in NT8, no issue.

                So is definitely NT7 caught up with issue.
