Chart trader TF no profit and loss orders

Hello.

using data provider Esignal, broker IB.

I am trading the TF now. By using an ATM via chart trader only the order was transfered to IB and filled. But not the corresponding limit orders for stop loss and profit target.

In sim it is working correctly.

What to do?

Also, please tell me exactly when the orders were placed so I can find them in your log and trace files.

Hi,

I have a similar problem as Joker. If I enter a market order with ATM strategy, I can see corresponding limit orders for stop loss and profit target. It seems working ok if I create a limit order with Stock symbol. However, when I create Limit order on ES, NQ, YM, the limit order for stop loss and profit target doesn't show up. Please help! Can you please ensure you have NinjaTrader 6.5.1000.6 installed and tell me what data feed provider you are connected to.

What exactly do you mean by 'create' a limit order. Do you mean you submitted a limit order and it is not filled yet?

Please remove NinjaTrader using your Windows Control Panel, then clear your browser cache, and install this custom build (see post #51):

Thank you for your suggestions. I think I figured out what cause the problem. After my limit order is filled, I can see both the stop loss order and take profit order. Thanks,
