Platform crashing

Hello,

For whatever reason my NT7 keeps crashing today. It opens fine but once I try to connect it stalls, sometimes it will connect and then stall. It worked fine last night, I only have three charts loaded, everything else on the computer works fine. I've rebooted a couple times but same results. Any help would be appreciated.

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X or 8.0.X.X)

Thanks for responding. It's 7.0.1000.35. I just tried to connect again and had the same result. Market replay works fine, though.

I see that you're using an older and unsupported version of NinjaTrader 7. Please follow the steps listed below to uninstall and reinstall the latest version of NinjaTrader 7.

• Close all running applications.
• Uninstall NinjaTrader within Windows Control Panel.
• Once these steps are completed, download and install NT7 from the link below.

To complete the update, reset your instruments. To reset your instruments, please follow the steps below:

• Disconnect from your data feed: NinjaTrader Control Center> File> Disconnect> Select your data feed
• Reset your Instruments: NinjaTrader Control Center> Tools> Options> Data tab> Reset Instruments>OK
• Restart NinjaTrader> Connect (NinjaTrader Control Center> File> Connect> Select your connection
