I was able to pull up this chart on it's own successfully. I recommend connecting to IB and closing all other open windows and workspaces and attempting this again.

I am not sure if it was the close workspace or removing the SMAs from the chart (I will do some more testing later) but I was able to get the historical data by doing close workspace and then creating a new chart with no indicators. This is an acceptable workaround for me until I determine what it is that is making the errors in the other scenario. Thanks!

I too need the answer to this question - i have over 2yrs of minute data on the EUR (including tick data from market replay for the last 3months or so), so why wouldn't NT try to load that data instead of going out to IB and requesting the data...Originally posted by Trevor.Richter View PostDo you know the answer to this question yet? Baffling. At most it needs the last 10minutes or last 30mins of data from IB...

Upon receiving a "request pacing violation" error, NT should wait for a few seconds/minutes and repeat the request. I don't see this happening. I've seen OwnData doing this.
