Missing data

where is my missing data for ES 12-17. Nothing showing beween 11.30pm to 10.30am I have 24hour chart displayed. It seems everytime I open this stupid thing something is going wrong, I cant reload historical data because its greyed out

I'm glad I'm not the only one experiencing this. The application froze and I had to shut it down. When I restarted nothing loaded except for one big bar. I repaired the db and nothing. I hope there is a solution. I had to suspend trading because of this.The "load historical data" is grayed out too.

that's what I have one big useless bar on a 3000 tick chart, 9000tick showing the same. I'm using the correct month. Crude oil is the same

Exactly. Same thing is happening. One big bar and not historical data being loaded.
