hmmm Ninja does variable length for volume tick second and range.
This is great. A rarity. In fact a 2 tick chart is great as just about all indicators can be plotted for a tick chart since there is a high and a low.
But the indicator overlays seem to have errors and these seem to be what most people here are about.
e.g. the heiken ashi (and variations) do not quite match say metatrader colour - bar for bar. Not talking about plotting the smoothed along side - but just getting the colour right for the bar on close.
e.g. hi lo activator does not hid the inapplicable plot
( But that above is an aside - the main point is below)
But most importantly the parabolic does not work correctly.
i.e. 0.02 0.02 0.02 does not plot correctly and matches 0.04 0.04 0.04 when compared to other charting packages.
Sure 0.02 0.2 is okay but that is all.
You should allow for
0.002 0.002 0.002
0.0002 0.0002 0.0002
even
0.00002 0.00002 0.00002
and all others
e.g.
0.009 etc
0.00009 etc
0.0006 etc
etc
Currently you cannot even do 0.01 0.01 0.01.
i am hoping you will do a quick fix and regard the parabolic to be as fundamental as getting the simple moving average correct.
At least i am hoping so - and thankyou - if you do help out.
Also , i noticed that there is a product from e open cry that allows for easy language "includes" and or use of "TaLib".
Have you guys considered doing a general library such as that too.
